America Is Victorious

Tonight, May 1st, 2011, is a day which will live in American minds forevermore.  Usama Bin Laden is dead.  For the past ten years, the men and women of the United States military have tirelessly and selfless pursued Al Qaeda the world over, and, tonight, they have gloriously succeeded in their mission.  We thank you, soldiers, sailors, marines, and airmen, we thank you for your service and unbridled patriotism.  The American spirit that burns in your veins warms our hearts tonight; our fight against terror is not over, but you will rise to the challenge and you will win honor.  You will win because you are good, you are husbands and fathers, neighbors and relatives.  You will win because you are America, and America is great.  God bless you, may he bless your families as well.  God bless the souls of those that we have lost in the tragedy of 9/11 and in the battles since.  God bless our shores, our mountains, and our fields.  God bless America, may she forever endure.
